Due to the nature of our products, all eyeshadow palettes and cosmetic items are final sale once opened, swatched, or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened makeup products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at team@shopbutternyc.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
